Arquitectonica designed this 150-unit and 200-key mixed-use development that features pointy high-rise residential towers combined with hotels placed on top of a amenities and parking garage. The tower includes a ground lobby and amenity space. Each building is a pure triangle toward the sky. The minimalist design will stand out in its simplicity and sculptural quality. Horizontal and vertical bands of stone grids shape the buildings. The form alludes to the sky and the breezes that make this city so special in overall perspective. The apartments are reached via two separate elevator lobbies and cores that add privacy. The unit plans are modern and efficient, with minimal circulation areas and maximum usable space: the clean lines provide an added feeling of spaciousness. Houston Uptown Camden comprises a 49-story tower containing a total of 70 luxury condominiums, swimming pool, ground floor lobby and amenities, and a parking structure for 400 cars. The mixed-use development features 235,000 SF hotels and, along with 215,000 SF of the residential rental units, and 200,000 SF of condominium which will have private pool deck toward a city center.
